Terms and Conditions. Proof of Purchase We are offering this buy back for entry level instruments only. The buy back only applies to instruments purchased from Melbourne Brass and Woodwind or Brisbane Brass and Woodwind after the 1st of August 2007 To take advantage of this offer, the instrument must be returned with the original purchase receipt. Minimum Rental Period Charged Minimum rental period which will be charged is 6 months, from date of purchase. Balance of purchase price will be offered as a refund. Rental Charges
Services and Repairs Any damage to the instrument will be charged as per quoted by our workshop technicians. Normal wear and tear is not considered as damage, servicing the instrument will be at our expense. Buy Back Agreement A copy of the current terms and conditions will be given to the purchaser when purchasing. This must be retained if returning the instrument for the buy back program. Offer does not apply to instruments using our 25 month or 13 month purchase plans.
