Mikael holds a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music
from
QCM and began playing the Trombone aged 10.
Mikael has been extremely active as a performer,
composer
and teacher, performing in a wide variety of ensembles across
Brisbane, Australia and Overseas.
Mikael has also recorded with the likes of The Doch
Gypsy
Orchestra, Kate Miller-Heidke, the Resin Dogs, Butterfingers, Kafka,
and the West End Composers Collective to name a few.
Mikael has extensive brass teaching
experience in
schools and colleges across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

including French Horn, Tuba, Trumpet, Trombone and Euphonium.
Any style, Classical to Jazz and everything in between. I can
also teach Ear-training, arranging and Theory
