I have
taught clarinet & saxophone lessons at Caulfield Grammar, Ivanhoe
Grammar and Aquinas College, as well as various secondary schools for
the Education Department . My ability to understand and work with young
children has seen me teaching band programs at many primary schools
around Melbourne.
I am able teach students of all ages, abilities and styles (including
exams). I not only focus on the technical aspects of learning an
instrument but also include musical expression, appreciation and
background, resulting in confident, well-rounded students. I believe
age should be no barrier to the joy of learning an instrument, and have
even taught a few over 55’s!
