Tim completed a Bachelor of Music Performance with Honours at the
Victorian College of the Arts in 2006 where he studied areas such as
effective practice routines, time management and Alexander Technique.
He completed his Honours thesis on Technical, Musical and Contextual
Considerations in Orchestral Excerpts for the Clarinet.
Tim has been principal
clarinet of the Melbourne Youth Orchestra and VCA Symphony Orchestra,
and was the winner of the MYO’s 10th
Annual Concerto Competition.
Currently Tim is a
postgraduate student at the Queensland Conservatorium.
