Jazz musician Eric
begun playing trombone in year 7 and from there he has made music
through all sorts of lengths of tubing and pipes. Eric is a
true multi-instrumentalist, who performs and teaches all brass
instruments including Tuba,
Euphonium, Bass Trombone, Trombone, Flugelhorn and Trumpet!
This versatility has placed Eric in various work settings
allowing him to become an eclectic musician. Eric has a Bachelor of
Music Performance and a
Post Graduate Diploma of Music
Performance from the Victorian College of the Arts. Eric is currently
completnig a Diploma of Education through Monash University.
Eric is a gifted player and educator, and has a thorough
understanding of brass pedagogy. Eric specialises in the area of
Improvisation and is highly recommended in the preperation of VCE and
AMEB examinations.

Performance |
Eric's
performance experience has been wide-ranging from Media to Orchestral,
Film Score, Reggae, Sound Scape, Big Band, Free, Avant-garde, Latin,
Dixie-Land, Swing, Funk and Soul. Eric has also performed on many
cd's as a guest artist.
