Shipping and Returns

We guarantee every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will attempt to make it right. If you must return merchandise, we will try to resolve the problem. If we cannot, we will authorize a return.

To return merchandise you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, an RMA. We must have the RMA to identify your return and issue you the correct credit note. Before we issue an RMA, we will exhaust all options to resolve problems. We want to keep our customers happy but we also want to make sure that a return is the last option.

We may refuse returns with no RMA. If we do accept such a return, there is no restocking fee  and shipping charges are non-refundable unless we have sent goods in error.
