Brass and Woodwind Workshop started in 1989 as a repair facility for all wind musicians. Later expanding to be one of Australia's largest wind instrument retailers in Australia.

Our workshop has moved back into its original location, at 572 North Rd Ormond Vic, where the retail store previously consumed the double storey building.
  With some of Australia's finest repair technicians on site, trained in UK, USA, Japan and Australia we believe your instrument will be in the best hands.

Brisbane Brass and Woodwind opened in December 2005,catering for the beginner  player to the best musicians in Australia and world wide.
We offer 2 private testing studios on the ground floor, & second floor.

The Repair shop has now moved 2 doors down called  BLOW Brass and Woodwind Repairs, run by Andrew Berrington, the founder of For Winds. We are fast becoming the premium specialist store for all your brass and woodwind needs in Queensland.
